I believe that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. When relationships end, we must adapt and change the relationship, but when children are involved, we must commit to co-parenting with the best interest of the children as the joint priority. Mediation facilitates the orderly and reasonable termination of the ties of a relationship so that both parties may move forward on their life path without unnecessary expense, stress, or conflict. As a mediator, I help people focus on what is important to them and to discuss solutions and resolutions in a respectful, productive manner. When divorce or separation involves children, I assist parents to work out the details of co-parenting, custody, visitation, and other issues so that the children are provided a stable and loving environment with both parents.
